We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your purchase date with the original receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Item(s) must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable! Partial refunds are granted if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or used or returned and/or exchanged within 25 days of purchase. If 25 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange.
To request a refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit, please email with your order number, the request, and reason. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-8 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
